Linda M. Stewart, ABR, CRS

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Linda has been licensed in Las Vegas since 1985.  Linda believes that her clients come first ~ taking pride in matching clients with the ideal home.  Linda is a good communicator, with a natural intuition for problem solving.  She is capable of setting aside her own ego in the interest of a transaction.

As the paperwork expert of the Team, she must always exercise diplomacy and patience in handling challenging situations.  Linda and Joe share two beautiful daughters, who are the lights of their lives.  Linda is creative and artistic and uses those qualities to market property and finalize transaction details for her clients.

Joseph D. Stewart, ABR, CRS

One might say that Joe was born into real estate, as his father was a real estate entrepreneur in Colorado.  He got his real estate license on his twenty-first birthday, shortly before he graduated from CU-Boulder.  Since then, Joe has owned his own real estate company and been in partnership with several developers in Colorado until his move to Las Vegas.

Joe moved to the Las Vegas valley in 1988 as a commercial broker and specialized in the sale of retail shopping centers.  Joe's career in residential real estate began again in 1992, when Linda was expecting their eldest child.  Joe brings his vast knowledge to the forefront in finding the perfect real estate match for both buyers and sellers as a valuable member of The Stewart Team.

Professional Designations

Joe & Linda are trained Relocation Specialists and Real Estate Counselors.  In fact, they all hold the prestigious designation of Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR).  Joe & Linda have also earned another designation which sets them apart in their field.  They are proud to call themselves Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), which keeps them in the top 2% of REALTORS, nationwide.
